I purchased this dress for my mom - for my graduation and her 60th birthday. She was very happy with it and got so many compliments. However, the bottom half was a bit long for her so she had to carry it to keep it from sweeping the floor. She does not like to wear heels. She is a size small/2 and 5'5''. I also submitted her custom measurements when completing the order to try to avoid such excess fabric. It's likely, though, that the dress was already made. Other than that, we are very happy with this purchase. And in case you were wondering, the dress does not come with a belt. I knew it would not and had my own black belt handy. My mom preferred the dress without it, however, and I agreed that it looks great as is. She wore it with a yellow scarf over her shoulders because she's insecure about the thinness of her arms.
